All of us are born into overlapping fields of collective trauma that few ever explore through self-inquiry. We must start by looking at how it has imprinted each of us at a personal level. We will bring to light which biases, filters, and unconscious zones live inside us.
Transgenerational Transmission
Collective trauma lives beyond a traumatizing event. We will explore how it sustains itself through time and how the past narratives are often rewritten. We will illuminate the unseen field to stop fighting with the symptoms and get to the deeper roots of the trauma.
Resource and Capacity Building
We will look at a range of practices and tools to resource ourselves individually and collectively. When working with cold or dormant trauma it is important to be ready to actively hold space for whatever arises in the moment.
Integrative Embodiment Practices
It is important to understand the quality and degree of disembodiment in ourselves and in our culture. When we face trauma a key result is a dissociative reaction. We will explore the process of embodiment and see how it plays a critical role in healing.
Therapeutic Touch (TT) is a form of complementary care that is based on the idea that humans consist of not only body, mind and soul, but also energy, and that this energy is out of balance in the event of complaints and illness. With TT, I use my hands, according to a fixed method, to try to bring your energy field into better balance, so that the energy can flow freely and symmetrically again.
Principles of the therapeutic touch method:
We consist of soul and energy with a body and mind
We are an open system, and therefore also an open energy system
We are therefore in constant connection with our environment and exchanges with that environment
In a healthy state, energy flows freely and symmetrically in and around the body
In the case of complaints and illness (fragmentation), the energy flow is disturbed and out of balance
As with other disturbances, for example on a physical level, interventions can be used to restore the balance
This is possible because we have a self-healing capacity, the natural tendency to be as 'whole' (healthy) as possible
In the case of TT, the intervention consists of a combination of intention and specific hand movements
This energy field is an assumed energy field. To date, it has not yet been scientifically proven. However, the assumption that it exists does correspond with some traditional healing methods.
Biofield Healing
Healing as a Path to Personal Transformation
Through Biofield Healing, stuck energies and patterns can be released, creating space for a profound transformation. This process helps you to realign with your original state of Being.
Healing is a process of personal evolution. It is not just about healing physical or emotional wounds, but about a deep inner transformation that enriches our consciousness, our relationships and our capacity for compassion and self-knowledge. Through the process of healing we develop ourselves further, we learn to reverse old patterns and traumas and we become more aware of our true essence. In this way, healing becomes a path to personal growth, in which we increasingly attune ourselves to our original state of Being and connection with life.
The Biofield and Systemic Healing
The biofield—the subtle energy field that encompasses our bodies, our consciousness, and our connection to the greater whole—is where trauma can become lodged. In my work, I explore not only the energetic disruptions that trauma leaves behind, but also how they express themselves systemically. This means that trauma lives not only within the person, but also in the larger context: family systems, generational lines, and even collective fields.
These unconscious, lodged energies influence our lives, often without our full awareness. They can manifest as feelings of stagnation, meaninglessness, or a sense of not having access to the inner life force. This is reinforced by a culture of anesthesia, in which we no longer fully connect with what we feel. This dissociation ensures that trauma persists as an unseen presence, hidden beneath the surface of life. Separation and loneliness.
Working with Information Fields
My work focuses on restoring movement to these frozen parts of the biofield and system. This is not done by reliving or replaying trauma, but by making visible and integrating its deeper information and energetic imprint. This is a subtle but powerful process in which the body, consciousness and the larger field come together in a space where healing can occur.
I work at a level where not only the individual trauma is touched upon, but also the larger context—familial and collective influences—is included. This means that healing is not just about the past, but about restoring relation/connection in the present. By regaining access to the natural movement of life, an inner space is created where the frozen part of ourselves can melt and become part of the greater whole again.
Healing and Transformation from the Biofield
The term biofield refers to a field of energy and information that regulates the hemodynamic function of living organisms. This field plays a vital role in understanding and directing health processes. Biofield Healing is based on the principle that this subtle energetic field is an organizing force that supports and informs the flow of information and balance in biological functions.
The term biofield was coined in 1992 by a group of CAM practitioners and researchers convened by the Office of Alternative Medicine (OAM) of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH). The concept provides a common framework to bridge traditional and modern explanatory models of energy medicine. Biofield Healing brings together both clinical practice and scientific research, with a focus on the body’s energetic field, from the level of biophotons and cell membranes to the organism as a whole, and even beyond: to Gaia and the Tao. Learn more here.
Biofield Healing works on the subtle energy level of the human body, which is connected to both physical and emotional processes. This energetic work has an effect on multiple hierarchical levels:
Physical level: restores cellular and neurological processes.
Emotional level: helps to release stuck emotions and traumas.
Spiritual level: supports consciousness and connection with one's own essence.
The biofield interactions organize biological processes in time and space (spatio-temporal processes) and modulate the activity and information flows throughout the system.

Trauma Energetics offers a new vision of healing that transcends the trauma story. It does not focus purely on the past, but on liberating the frozen energy that comes from it. It is about restoring the right ‘relationship’: with ourselves, with others, and with the greater whole.
This approach creates a safe space in which trapped energy (the fixed past within us) can be set in motion again and transformation can take place. Trauma Energetics offers a path to wholeness, not just by relieving symptoms, but by accessing the deeper layers of human existence.
Trauma Energetics works at a deep level where the client’s implicit memory “knows” where the shock or frozen space-time has manifested in the body-mind. It focuses on the energy that is unconsciously held in the body and mind.
Trauma Energetics is unique in that it works without reliving or reproducing traumatic events. Instead, the focus is on transforming held energy and restoring natural balance.
Trauma Energetics can be described as a “non-intentional modality”—an approach that activates the brain’s self-healing power, specifically in the parts of the neurochemistry that are held by trauma (Positive Health Online, Issue 60, 2001). This method recognizes the body’s intelligence and supports the natural movement of the energy field to promote healing and balance.
Energetic Therapy
Healing on a Deeper Level
Past trauma is energetically stored in the body-mind system, often in relation to cultural standards and personal experiences. When a person becomes aware of their own fragmentation, unconsciousness, patterns, repressed emotions and tensions—and the physical symptoms that go with them—a process of transformation begins. This can happen consciously or unconsciously.
An important question within this process is whether someone can live through these pieces independently or whether guidance is needed to go deeper. Guidance can help to mirror these unconscious layers, to live through what had to be repressed and to create space for healing.
What is Energetic Therapy?
Energetic therapy is not just a form of treatment; it is an invitation to connection, growth and inner development. In a world where we are becoming increasingly aware of the interaction between consciousness, energy and health, energetic therapy offers a bridge to a new dimension of healing.
Energetic therapy does not replace a visit to the general practitioner or specialist and is not intended to replace them. It serves as a complementary treatment that can be used to support regular medical care. In the case of health complaints or serious conditions, it is important to consult a qualified doctor or specialist.
The power of energetic therapy lies in appealing to the self-healing capacity of the human being. By means of energetic therapy such as therapeutic touch, the frequency of the energy field is increased. This creates space for transformation and brings the client closer to a state of wholeness.
Energetic therapy is a progressive approach to well-being that builds on the latest insights from the science of energy and information. As described in the groundbreaking work of Peter Fraser and Harry Massey (Deciphering the Field of the Human Body), we recognize that human health involves more than biochemistry. Our body functions within a complex interplay of consciousness, energy, information and quantum processes.
Energetic therapy goes beyond symptom control and focuses on the deeper causes of imbalance and fragmentation and trauma response. Based on the holistic vision that body, mind and soul form one whole, this therapy works to restore blockages in the energetic system. When energy cannot flow freely due to, for example, emotional, mental or spiritual stagnation, this can manifest as physical or psychological complaints.
An important part of energetic therapy is working with the chakras, the energetic centers of our body. These centers play a crucial role in the flow of energy and in personal development. Imbalance in the chakras can lead to stagnation at various levels of well-being.
Collaboration with Regular Care
Energetic Therapy is a complementary form of care that provides additional support to regular medical treatments. It is not a replacement for regular therapies, but rather offers a valuable addition, especially in situations where traditional methods do not provide sufficient relief or healing. By integrating energetic work alongside conventional treatments, the recovery process can be strengthened, inner balance can be restored and well-being can be supported on a deeper level.
